Payment plans are available. Some third party insurance plans cover the cost of doulas, so be sure to check with your insurance provider.

Classes are available privately, virtually, or in a group setting. Private classes can be completely customized to what you want to learn, when it's convenient for you and in the comfort of your home or even virtually! Cost is $50/hr up to a maximum of $350. You can also share the cost by inviting friends for a group discount when you host in your home. Classes are most beneficial if completed between 32-36 weeks.

If you have decided to not have a doula (even though we totally think you should!), this 3 hour class will teach your birth team (partner, friend, parent, etc.) the importance of good support and how they can provide it. Who better to teach them how to support someone giving birth than a doula?! We will discuss the stages of labour, practice positions, go over support techniques and coach you on what to say (or not say!)

Grandparents class
This fun class is designed to help grandparents-to-be learn the latest in newborn care. We know that you've done it before, but a lot has changed! Co-sleeping, attachment parenting, carseats, feeding and so much more! We will dispel myths and talk about how to best support your children as they become parents.

Babysitting for birth
We provide on call babysitting services for people when they are giving birth to their newest family member. With so many Calgarians living far away from their family, they can rest easy knowing they have someone who will drop everything day or night to care for their other children. As birth doulas, we completely understand the labour process and living life on call. As postpartum doulas, we often entertain siblings to the newborns. It’s a perfect fit to care for your family! Whether you only need a couple of hours of help until family arrives, or if you need babysitting for the entire time, we can help!
